My Role
The design process that I followed consisted of 5 stages.
Discover & Empathize
Define
Ideation
Prototyping
Testing
Discover, where I conducted Secondary research and Interviews followed by validation; Define: where I explored the creation of personas, and defining project goals and the problem statement; Ideation, where Information architecture helped create the structure and the content; Prototyping consisted of visual design and wireframing, before building the prototype, and Testing it with users in the final stage.

Usability Testing and Iterations
I conducted usability testing with 6 participants over Zoom, each lasting about 30 minutes.
The objective of the test:
Observe if users can accomplish the specified task. If they make a mistake, can they recover?
Identify areas of the app that require a change to improve user performance and satisfaction
With the provided feedback, I created revisions to fill the gap between my understanding of the users and what the users experienced.Write your text here...
Takeaways & Next Steps
Testing a product with real users helps give a new perspective on things: Through my usability studies, I was reminded that each individual is unique. So the best way to learn about the usability of a product is by testing it with different types people and receiving their feedback.
The next steps would be to conduct more rounds of usability testing with a wider range of people, in order to determine if the app meets the user´s needs.
