Memoir of the Human Body Vol II explores the memories of lived experiences that are stored in our being. Through radical acceptance expressed in various mediums and styles, we reflect on life’s imprint on our nervous systems—honouring, expressing, and remembering, whether as performers or witnesses.

A multimedia exhibit that takes you on a journey of inward somatic attunement to conscious witnessing of performance artists, into integrative embodiment that allows you to process the consumed information through body awareness, vocal and physical release.
